A professional Pamphlet on Dog Grooming

Information for the business: We run a Dog Grooming Business
Design details: We are looking to provide an informative, professional looking coat care guide that we can give to our clients in either a paper format or PDF (Must be both)

The guide doesn't want to be product specific but provide general advice on how to maintain their dogs coat between grooms. As a company we also provide training that is based around positive reinforcement, I would like to advice customers how to deal with any fear issues with the use or treats and rewards.

Unfortunately I don't have the time to create the copy at the moment so we would require the copy writing as well as the design.
Content on the front/back side and body: We would like to incorporate our branding into the pamphlet to fit in with our other material
Ideas for the visual style: Not as such, professional, clean and easy to follow
Things to avoid: Any reference to controversial techniques
Preferred colors: Our company colour is green so a green theme would be good but not too green :)

It would be good to demonstrate using pictures how to actually brush the hair properly using the right techniques (I.E holding the hair to reduce the pull on the coat and how to tease out mats and knots.)
