Description
These pages will be focused on lead generation and trust. The goal is to present properties clearly, guide visitors naturally, and make it easy for potential clients to take action without confusion. Clean layout, strong structure, and good user flow matter more than flashy visuals.
The designer should understand UI UX principles, especially how users behave on real estate websites. Experience with landing pages that convert is important. SEO friendly structure is a plus, but the main priority is usability, clarity, and a professional feel.
What I’m looking for:
Someone who can design two landing pages that feel modern, reliable, and easy to navigate
Clear section hierarchy with attention to messaging and call to action
Design that works well on desktop and mobile
Ability to communicate clearly and suggest improvements where needed
Please share examples of similar landing pages or real estate related work if available.

Could you please share the current website URL and any branding assets (logo, colors, fonts) so I can design the landing pages to match your existing style?

When someone lands on each page, what should they feel first — urgency, confidence, or reassurance?
Are these two landing pages meant to support the same audience journey, or do they serve different intent levels (early browsing vs ready to enquire)?
What usually makes a visitor hesitate before contacting you, and how can the page reduce that hesitation?
Do you want the property details to do most of the selling, or should trust signals (testimonials, credentials, track record) lead the page?
Will these pages live as standalone entry points from ads, or will users arrive from within your main website?
Is there a point in your current site analytics where users tend to drop off that we should specifically design around?
How involved do you want to be in copy decisions — approve structure only, or collaborate on wording as well?
