Resize a Logo (Quick Job)

Hello!
I need an AI. file Logo re-sized into 2 different sizes -
The logo is to be embossed onto the lids of 2 circle shaped boxes, and so I will need the logo made into 2 different sizes (As clear vector/ai. files)
The new files will need to match the sizes shown in photoshop file templates (Which are blurry but clear enough to use as reference)
I would be able to do it myself in 5 minutes but currently my adobe illustrator is not working.
