Pattern Design For Solid shampoo Bags / Pouches

We are developing bags and pouches for our solid shampoos.

We are working with a local artisan in the South of France and she has developed some wonderful bags for us.

The problem is that we need hundreds of these bags per month, and they all need to be hand made (with sewing machine obviously).

We therefore need to create everything that we need to be able to give an experienced/inexperienced seamstress to make the bags themselves.

So we need detailed patterns and whatever else we will need to give people to make these bags themselves at home.

As you can tell, this is not my area of expertise.

But we are right at the start of the transition away from plastic to solid health & beauty products.

We believe that the bags that these products are held in should all be hand made with natural fabrics and accessories - so our long term goal, starting with shampoo bags/pouches - is to build an army of sewers, using our pattern designs and materials, all over the world.

In particular we want to offer this opportunity to disabled people for free as part of our service.

Given the relative simplicity of a bag we believe this is achievable.

We are launching a shampoo bag marketplace along with our new solid shampoo.

We need the initial pattern designs quite quickly - and then from that we can discuss longer term options.
