So I am looking to have some detailed flats designed for my first line of fitness clothes. I am looking at having 1 design but 4 colour variations. I am also looking for someone who has the ability to create a tech pack for these as well or at least know the standard sizing.

Hi Daniel,
have you already found someone for this? Would you be open to manufacturing in China? Beside the design, tech pack, pattern making and grading, I can also help you with fabric sourcing, sampling and manufacturing. Depending on the design and fabric, quantity as low as 30-50pcs per design is acceptable ;)
