Detailed Line art

I want a line art or detailed sketch similar to the line art example but done correctly.
I want more detail on the womans leg and shoe.
I want the mans shoes to look like they are shoes not slippers or elf shoes as the last person did.
I do not want the mans pants on top to be so big.
Look like pants, not baggy sweatpants.
The photo is just a suggestion.
The line art .jpg is the 2nd attempt I paid someone who is not grasping my idea. Its getting there but I am no longer using them.
I want the line art to suggest without a doubt.
Romance. The woman is kissing the man.
This is for a t-shirt, single color.
