Black and white illustrations colored with halftone patterns

I have 3 ready made illustrations that I created using pen and paper, I digitalized them and they are now black and white vector illustrations.
I need a designer to color them with color palettes we will discuss together.
VERY IMPORTANT - These illustrations will end up on t-shirts and other merchandise so I only want block colors and halftone effect colors as gradients do not work well with printing on different materials.
These are test illustrations, I am looking for a long term partner to work with.
This should be an easy task for an experienced designer and it will be recurring work if we agree with terms.
