Anime character design - cute anime - chibi style

Hey there!

I'm looking for a designer that can design 2 x anime characters (male and female) wearing their wedding outfits.
Dress and suit etc..

The male character will be giving the female character a piggyback.
The female character will also be holding some balloons.

Examples of the design attached, same style please but in different outfits (wedding style)
