Description
Experience Level: Expert
Hello,
My name is Callum Marsh, I'm 28, from Manchester, England.
I have previously written a novel entitled Nightmares in a Damaged Brain. However, I feel it is better suited to a comic book format. Therefore, my goal is to find an artist who can create comic book illustrations, panels, and any various other factors incorporated into the medium.
However, this will not be a one-off proposal. The plan is to find a suitable artist who I can work with until the end of the project-and it is indeed going to be a long project-so I can publish this series under the moniker of a reputable company (e.g. Image Comics.)
I have a script for the first 20 pages or so thus far, and would be happy for the designer to make any changes they feel necessary, after deferring back to me, of course, to make sure that I am happy with said changes. I would also be open to the candidate help adapt the writing for the comic, too. I will also require a cover too, so if this appeals to you, whereas the adaptation itself may not, still feel free to apply and we can discuss this separately.
I have concept art which you can draw from for inspiration, character profiles should they be needed, a copy of the original (novel) manuscript, should it be necessitated, and I will continue to work on the script at least 3 days a week, developing it in time for the next step.
Please let me know if you're interested, and what your rate would be for a project such as this. I have attached the completed section of the script thus far, and would be more than interested to hear your thoughts toward the project.
Thank you,
Callum.

Hi. It would be good if you could post a couple of comic pages as a reference for what style and technique you want. You probably already have an idea in which direction you would like to develop your graphic novel technically and stylistically.
