If I've used you before, please apply again - I would love to continue to work with you! I try to avoid having the same artist doing nearby panels, but there are enough panels in progress that it shouldn't be a problem.

What is this project?
I am writing a graphic novel. I am assigning each panel individually to different artists. I need you to illustrate ONE panel in your style.
I will assign panels on a continuing basis.
I welcome freelancers who offered proposals for other other panels to propose for this panel.
If I've used you before, feel free to apply for one of these panels. However, I am trying to avoid having the same artist doing nearby panels, so I might not accept your proposal for that reason. If I don't accept your proposal now, I hope you'll apply later on for another panel!

Size: as noted for each panel
I will do the caption and or dialogue, DO NOT DO THE BALLOON or CAPTION.

I am using different artists for each panel, so this panel should be in YOUR style, with your idea of how to illustrate the content.
Reference info provided where applicable.

Also:

No borders or whitespace in the delivered PNG file.
Milestones: (IMPORTANT)
Please provide a sketch or line drawing so I can make sure the dialogue balloon fits and that the art matches my concept.
Time frame: 2-3 weeks for final panel
