I need two superheroes designed and drawn into a short comic book

I am seeking someone who can come up with two superheroes that will appeal to 5-12 year olds, then create the design/illustrations for a short comic book around those characters. I need one male and one female character, whose names I will give you upon award of the project.

The comic only needs to be 10-20 pages, plus the front cover of course. The story will be provided to you - I am commissioning the development of story in a separate bid.

The work is for a family company whose products have recently launched in the UK, and we are trying to reach out to our younger audience by handing the books out at demographic specific events. I'm looking at a maximum 2 week turnaround time and will also need images of the characters that I can send off to be printed as life-size cardboard cut outs and to use on our social media. For the right person, there may be future work with these characters.
