Draw our friend in a Comic book style

Please can you help me by drawing my friend Tom in keeping with an existing style as a comic hero?

Tom is a runner, handyman (tool belt) and all round nice guy. See attachments for the style I would like you to copy and picture of Tom

Team picture for the style to copy. Then 2 pictures of Tom so you can create the new character to join our gang.

I am looking for png versions of the new character.
