Create Superhero character to blend in with supplied characters

I have the attached artwork which was produced for me to be printed on beverage mugs with our 'Compass' branding.
I need a new character designed and added to the group (or it can replace one of the characters).
The new character must be a Black (Male or Female) Superhero, to add ethnic diversity to the group.
The new character should be designed in a similar style to the current characters.
The new character must not be a copy of a published character that is subject to copyright/trademark.
