Cartoon sketch

I am looking at getting an initial 5, then 20+ Single humorous cartoon pictures ( I will supply each theme) with a picture and caption relating to cost cutting at work. 'Matt' Telegraph style. Can be quite simple and not overly stylised.

Eg turning office thermostat down by 1 degree in Summer reduces energy costs by 10%, but don't tell the 'coldies' or they'll complain. Can you depict this easily by cartoon?
