Cartoon Logo From Image

Hi, I have a pretty simple project.

I need an image of my daughter made into a simple cartoon logo. We're getting custom golf balls made with it, so it has to be something that can be added as a "custom logo" on Titleist.com. That's it! I've attached some pictures of her below. Her hair is a notable trait, so I'd like that to be accentuated. (Only her natural orange colored hair needs to be used, not the red color that's visible underneath in some photos.)

And it's for a her dad's Father's Day present, so the cartoon can be silly :-D

*File types accepted: JPG, PNG, TIF, BMP, AI, PDF, EPS,
*Maximum file size allowed: 20MB
*Photos must be 300ppi
*Logos should note PMS colors, if available
