Animated fictional hero / mascot

I want to create a super hero/ mascot who gets his powers from eating food from my restaurant. I need an extremely motivated individual / team to take on this project. I will provide detailed examples of what I need and expect. This is not for amateurs I have a business to run and expect this project to be done at the highest level of quality. I'm sure everyone knows of Popeyes the sailor man and how he would obtain super strength after consuming spinach. I have ideas and photos of what I want the super hero to look like as well as videos of how his transformation should look. Obviously the first thing i want done is a photo of the super hero and depending on if it meets my needs we can go through with the cartoon ad. This should be done in the style of american based cartoon/animations such as Danny Phantom , Batman , Jake Long American Dragon, etc . More examples and videos can be provided via chat. I don't just need one job done, over time i will need to make multiple animated ads involving the same super hero. I have provided few examples below
