A marvel-ish cartoon hero of my husband for his birthday

Hi all!

am looking for a very creative minded person who can look at the picture I'll provide and make a marvel cartoon hero of it for a birthday.

someone who can take this job seriously and not just for the money but to make two people on this planet extra happy :)

Deadline would be second of January. Since i can't stress enough how important this is to me, this person deserves something really unique and special as the hero he is and what better way to have it drawn as a cartoon hero
