7 guys in a boat

I am looking for someone to draw make a cartoon drawing. The drawing will be of 7 guys in a small row boat going crabbing on the ocean. I can provide a real photo of each individual for you to use. The drawing should resemble each individual so they can be recognizable. This image will then be printed on a hoodie or t-shirt. There might be some block lettering. Its intended to be silly and fun. I would prefer color but B/W may be ok too. I will need the final product within a week of selecting.

I attached a very rough sketch of what I had in mind. I also include a PDF with descriptions of each character. Once you are selected, I will send you real photos of each of the 7 guys so you can use that to draw them. The cartoon characters must resemble the actual person.
