21 page comic book

I would like to get quotes along with some example artwork for a comic book / graphic novel I am interested in having someone help me with. I have the story and will provide all the script and story boards as best I can, and I need someone who can take this and create all of the artwork.

I would like to start with a one page sample, which I would pay for, and then if I am happy with that, move on and pay for a 21 page comic (including the cover). The artwork would need to include coloring as well.

This is a new thing for me, and something i've always wanted to dip my toe into, so please ask me any questions that will help you give me a more accurate quote. I've attached the TERRIBLY drawn panels and the script for the first page. I can provide much more details and maybe example images of what i am looking for since like i said, my drawings are terrible.

I am setting the budget at $400, for no real reason, other than it says I need to have a budget there.
