I need someone to redesign 1 Powerpoint slide

I need someone to redesign 1 slide on my powerpoint Project snapshot. I translated in english but final titles will be in french. Needs to remain in blue but needs to look very professional design to give an overall snapshot of the project. I have put an exemple and you need to take my powerpoint example and keep same categories but have something more clear and professional. Lots of info to share. Top part is the different departments that are in the project, middle is the targets, and risks of the project, third is more a planning update with delieveries dates.
