Design details: We are a market research company in Poland in need of tiding up our corporate identity.

We currently have a certain line of identity, but it is messy and in many cases, incoherent. We are reasonably pleased with our website and creds deck, but do not necessarily feel that all our other identity elements work well together.

We would like to keep things simple, professional and tidy with as little intervention as possible.

We are looking to for someone who can tidy our identity up without making a complete overhaul of our current branding. A slight refresh of logo and/or colours is possible if you feel it is necessary, but most of all we need is a completely coherent set of the following documents that work well together:
- Company front page – can stay the same, or amended in line with other documents
- Company .ppt presentation – can stay the same, or amended in line
- Company leaflet – based on existing design
- Company .ppt research report template including: title front slide, table of contents, divider slides, finding slides – 7 designs including one with bar charts and one with pie charts
- Email signature (we are happy with our current signature), but may need twicking based on other changes
- Invoice template (based on existing design and legal requirements provided)
- Logo in various sizes and formats (ready to be used)
- LinkedIn cover, FB cover, Google + cover, YouTube cover
- Business card template
- Business letter template in Word format
- Contract template

Although the list above is long, the task mainly involves tiding up existing documents, adding or removing certain colours or graphical elements and defining logos and graphics to be used.

An ideal outcome would involve a single folder which encompasses all above and includes a simple identity / book instruction of use.

The selected person would become a supplier of choice for any graphical work involving trade show stand designs, ads, online banners and so on.

Although the list above is long, the task mainly involves tiding up existing documents, adding or removing certain colours or graphical elements and defining logos and graphics to be used. Current font (Avenir Next) is not correctly displayed across all documents - Windows users are not able to display it correctly in their word documents. Therefore, font needs changing or other solution needs to be found to resolve the problem.

I will happily answer any questions. We are a small company with limited budget so we are looking for clever simple solutions based on existing materials which will limit the numbers of hours spent and reduce the budget.
