Urban design for Green built

Project Overview:
We are seeking creative and experienced freelancers to submit proposals for master plan designing an urban green area measuring over 5.5 million square meters. This green area is part of a broader initiative to enhance the city's environmental and recreational spaces while integrating sustainable and aesthetically pleasing elements.

Key Requirements:
1. Design Scope:
- Develop a comprehensive master plan for the green area.
- Incorporate various features such as parks, walkways, gardens, and open spaces that promote environmental sustainability and community engagement.

2. Development Allocation:
- Up to 10% of the area (550,000 square meters) can be allocated for entertainment and commercial projects. This may include but is not limited to cafes, retail spaces, recreational facilities for adults and children, and cultural centers.

3. Guidelines and Expectations:
- Ensure the design reflects a balance between green space and developed areas.
- Focus on creating a cohesive and inviting environment that encourages outdoor activities and social interaction.
- Incorporate innovative, eco-friendly technologies and materials.
- Design should be scalable and adaptable to future expansions or modifications.

4. Submission Requirements:
- Detailed proposal outlining the design concept, key features, and intended user experience.
- Preliminary sketches, renderings, or digital models of the proposed design.
- A breakdown of the proposed usage of the 10% developed area for entertainment and commercial purposes.

5. Evaluation Criteria:
