Survey and CAD plans required

Design details: We have the existing basement and ground floors on paper which we need scaled off and drawn to CAD.

But we need the 1st floor measured up and drawn as well as elevations. There is also a garage on site that needs to be added on. In essence this is what we need added to plans

• Floor plans
o Basement (Small area to front of business)
o Ground floor – All areas include escape alley to rear right
o Ground floor - Garage to the far right corner
o First floor - All areas
• All floors plans to show ceilings
• All floor plans to show existing lighting points, emergency lighting and fire alarm points
• All floor plans to show distribution points, controls, mains services,
• All floor plans to show above ground drainage.
• All floor plans to show existing ventilation points.
• All floor plans to show manholes

Most of the above is already on the hard copies that I can mail to you so you only need to copy off of them but 1st floor is obviously needed from scratch.

Plans needed by 6th May
Elevations the following week.
