Structural Engineer with California experience

I am looking for a structural engineer to help me design residential projects in California, must have experience in designing a project or two according to California code (we use 2019 California Building Code) & ASCE 7-16. All structural lumber is Douglas Fir #2. I need services like:

1- remove a wall and insert a beam. Column Design
2- Footing Foundation Design
3- Retaining wall design
4- tie down requirement
4- Full Seismic analysis required (Collector and Drag beam design- wall shear design - distribution of force)

I design in Revit but give you the files in CAD.
