Signage Totem Display Drawing Converted to CAD from Illustrator

I have a Adobe illustrator CS file where we have designed a double sided totem display. This is to scale and has most of the items on there in 2D. Front back and side views. We have data sheets of the digital components.
We are looking to have a CAD file produced where this can be transformed into a file for a mobile app. (3D)
