Project Slaidburn - Architectural Drawings For House Extension

Hello,

The project is to provide two separate sets of existing and proposed building plans i.e. floor, section, all elevations and roof from the client's sketch plans. The first set is for a ground floor side extension with a 1st and 2nd floor rear extension. The second set will be for the same but with the addition of a 1st-floor, 2-metre wide side extension. The attached block plan will also require updating.

Specifics:
1. Side extension at ground level is to be no more than half the width of the existing house.
2. Rear extensions at the ground and first-floor level are not to project more than 3000mm. The 1st floor rear extension must not be within 3000mm of the boundary.
3. Plans must include Building Regulations and full MEP detail, furniture and bathroom layout, smoke/ heat detection /carbon monoxide meter where necessary
4. External finishes - K-rend - white finish to the exterior, new plastic windows (Colour RAL 7016), composite front and rear door (Colour RAL 7016).
5. External bicycle storage.
