Planning and Building Regs Plans

Design details: I have a set of to scale pdf drawings which require a little alterations in the means of side extension to a listed grade two bungalow. The extension is to provide increased usable space on ground level and new usable space on first floor level. I am looking for a modern contemporary design to complement the existing building and the plans to be provided in a format to submit for planning and building regulation purposes.

I require a fast turn around and I am on a low budget.
