New attic plan and elevation from sketches and photo

I need an AutoCAD drawing of the following:
--Existing Ground Floor Plan (reproduce from hand sketch)
--Existing First Floor Plan (reproduce from hand sketch)
--Existing Elevations rear and side (reproduce from photo and hand sketch)
--Proposed First Floor Plan (you only need to add a new stairs to the attic)
--Proposed Elevations to the rear and side showing attic dormer window (details in sample)
--Proposed attic floor plan
