Luxury small cottage resort

land size is 25m X 20m = 500m2
need to put two small luxury resort using cottages each one will be 25m X 10m (like the photo I attached)
Resort 1:
Cottage should be 2 floor should be for small family: Living room, kitchen, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with one master.
garden, swimming pool, outside place for seating or chilling (pergola)

Resort 2: has one cottage should be for couple like wanna stay for honeymoon: Living room, kitchen, Bedroom and bath room, swimming pool behind the cottage with pergola and small rest area in the back of the cottage

Please anyone has experience to provide luxury and new ideas
