Horton Kirby - New Planning Drawings

The work is to take existing planning drawings and work up a new scheme to offer up to eight apartments by extending the first and second floor areas over the parking bays at the front of the site. Various hand amended sketches will be provided to indicate the ideas in more detail. Please note we do not have the original AutoCAD dwg drawings, only the pdf drawings, some of which are attached to this inquiry. Please therefore allow in your scope of work to draw the ground, first and second floor plans in CAD from scratch. Once the plans are agreed, we will then ask for a further cost to produce a full set of planning drawings. Just to re-iterate, this inquiry is for the production of three plan drawings only, but please allow for the fact that there will inevitably be some revisions of your first attempt as the end user reviews these drawings and settles on a new scheme that they are happy with.
