High quality Visuals and 3D model for property development.

I need someone to create a set of visuals for marketing purposes for one of my property developments. I have attached some images from another development and they need to be the same quality of work.

I have 2D plans and elevation to build a model from.
Going to need external shots and some internals
the externals will also need to include a wild swimming pond and landscaping.
