Hand-drawn floorplans transfered to CAD and elevations drawn

Design details: I require 4 floor-plans to be drawn up in CAD:

1. Final Layout
2. Ceiling Plan 1
3. Ceiling Plan 2
4. Electrical Plan

The attached floorplans are drawn at 1:100 @A3. I have attached an example of the drawing style for reference (Clabon Mews) (including title blocking and key/legends).

Please don't put in generic furniture in place of my designs - I need these to remain as close as possible to my drawings.

Include all my annotations, measurements, detailing (ie curtain style / scatter cushions / sculptures / rugs etc) and also ensure all the lighting and door types are correct.

I have also attached the existing elevations. On the 'Final Layout Plan' I have drawn on the elevations that I require you to draw up. These are to only identify the length, height, window sills, wall thicknesses, ceiling beams and A/C units/grills. Some will include a reverse view - these are denoted via a double letter and reverse arrows.

Once you have drawn these up I will fill in all the necessary detailing (architraves,skirting, lighting, switch plates etc) from my end. I will then send these back and to be drawn up in CAD and title blocked.
