We are a structural engineering firm, so we will provide you with mark-ups showing the structural spans, layouts and specifications to be used.

List of drawings that you need to produce:

1x A1 foundation layout and details for plot 1 and 2
1x A1 foundation layout and details for plot 3
1x A1 foundation layout and details for plot 4 and 5

1x A1 structural layouts and details for plot 1 and 2
1x A1 structural layout and details for plot 3
1x A1 structural layout and details for plot 4 and 5

Architects drawings will be provided in CAD (extracts attached).

Our template drawing will be provided in CAD showing layers, styles, font, leaders and sheets that should be used so they look the same as other drawings that we produce.
