Engineering Drawings for House Extension

Hello,

We are seeking an engineer with proven work experience to assist with preparing construction and structural drawings for an extension in the UK under our supervision. We will provide the necessary information and support to complete the drawings. Please note that payment will only be made upon our satisfaction with your work. Upon successful completion, there may be opportunities for additional work.

The role requires experience in engineering within the UK construction industry, but over time, the tasks will become repetitive, allowing you to complete them more efficiently.

The following requirements are essential to secure the job:

- You must be proficient in AutoCAD, and knowledge of Revit is a bonus.
- You must be prepared to clean up the architect's drawings to add the structural information.
- You must be prepared to produce structural plans, elevations and details.
- You must be prepared for continuous amendments until we deem the drawings adequate for construction.
- You must adhere to our drawing and presentation style in producning the required plans and details.
- You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
