REQUEST. Any chance someone can help? Experienced architectural designer or equivalent
CIRCUMSTANCES. I have simple planning permission drawings (Block Pland & Prposed Floor Plans attached) for a combined 2 storey and single story extension to a house. Some minor foot print modifications since planning consent. Have a timber frame design underway (attached engineer's overmarks sketch with my modifications as a blue line mark up). Using existing foundations plus some new. Sructural Enginneers calcs and design done.
OUTPUT. I really need advice on general drawings for a builder to quote
