Draw up of house and external areas with scanned survey (CAD)

A scanned measured survey has been undertaken of our house including external areas, roofs, elevations and internal areas. This needs to be drawn up in dwg. format to allow proposed layouts to be developed. The following drawings will be required ensuring they are all linked up. All scanned information is to be drawn up.

1. Site plan including levels (including front areas, driveway, garage and garden (there is a small stream at the bottom of the garden plus a bit of land (small triangle!) on the other side of the stream) that I would need drawn up) and the adjoining properties ;
2. Roof and elevations including all details including garage plus adjoining properties;
3. Two Sections through the house and external areas (one at ridge level and one running front to back through middle of the house (as shown on the plan);
4. Internal floor plans of the ground and first floor including the attic space.

I have included a PDF to show the site plan, size of plot and elevation photos for information.
