Draw office floor plans in Smartdraw

Draw office floor plan (3 floors) in Smartdraw and make the design file available to me.

See floor plan pdf attached which shows what I need drawn. I need the office details drawn including the walls and windows and fixed cabinets (including the text annotations). I do NOT need the moveable furniture included EXCEPT one example of each type of desk so that I can copy them and move them around. Once the basic office plan is done, I will take over the editing to move furniture around and see how I want to use the space.

Dimensions of the rooms must be calculated from the known dimensions of the desks shown in the pdf.

I need the editable Smartdraw file made available to me : probably as an export to Smartdraw for Windows.
