Design a contemporary detached house of circa 115-125m2 total floor area.

To design a two storey dwelling most likely four bedrooms, open plan with the lounge to the first floor. The dwelling will most likely be timber frame, We can provide a detailed brief, topographical, Geotechnical details and site location. We have many sites around the UK that need design work, this initial dwelling is located on the Isle of Wight.
If you have the ability to prepare and submit the planning application then please advise. Some CGI`s of the elevations may be required, (Max 2 images).
We will need to have the drawings ready to be submitted to the planning department within 21 days, however within 14 days would be of preference.
