Create a building plan / revised building layout

Looking for someone who can help me to visualise if a building might be extended further to include 3x one bedroom apartments in the first floor space.

Please see attached image showing current layout as well as a rough drawing showing revisions needed.

Revisions needed:
- extend the area behind the work store area and moves the door entrance to that side (indicated on revised layout). Remove the door entrance shown in the current kitchen and wc area
- extend the first floor area to match the revised ground floor footprint (indicated in revised layout)
- remove the central stairwell area which is currently at the front of the building
- move stairwell to rear of building, as shown
- Please see what might be possible in terms of having 3x 1 bedroom apartments in the upstairs space. Each apartment to include 1x bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1x living room and 1x kitchen.
The living room and kitchen can be open plan/merged, if that helps.

I have done some research elsewhere to show examples of 1 bed apartments which might be useful in terms of site plans with comparative sq metre.
