Convert PDF to CAD, clean up & add lighting, titles etc

Convert scanned as-built car park PDFs into CAD, clean and organize drawings, add layers, existing lighting positions, title blocks and legends. Verify and refine geometry, remove PDF artefacts, and annotate lighting locations. Ideally include one-day site visit in East London to perform a basic position check against drawings and mark light locations, plus approximately two days of CAD work to produce tidy, print-ready plans. UK-based applicants only; work required within the week.
