Coffee shop CAD plans needed, with building regs in mind

Hi,

We are opening a coffee shop and already have plans drawn for how we want our fit out to look but we want them converted into CAD plans for us to show the landlord for approval (not a planning application).

We have official CAD plans of the empty shell given by the architects so you’ll have exact dimensions, as well as our plans, drawn up in ‘MagicPlan’ which have the relevant dimensions.

We don’t need technical joinery plans of the kitchen or bar, just some indication of water and waste pipes, then ideally some HVAC plans included.
