Building standards calculation / check

I need a designer who can undertake a building standards check of a small building to Scottish Building Regulations. Ideally the candidate will be able to provide evidence of experience of undertaking similar calculations. I have attached a GA drawing of the proposed building for info (approximate size - 9.6x4.8m), I would be able to provide full proposed construction drawings for review and I am able to undertake any drawing work separately for any revisions that are required (ie - the scope of the work is mainly compliance review and calculations).
