Information for the business: Planning consultancy
Design details: For times when I have an overload of work I am looking for someone who can convert my hand sketched measured survey's along with ref photos to existing floor plans & elevations in AutoCAD. The drawing style is simple and basic for efficiency & cost in mind as well target market. Someone with knowledge of building regulations is a plus point as I could do with some help on that side too. Fixed price above is guideline only as each job is slightly different. All the properties to draw up are in UK (London area) and therefore should be drawn with UK construction in mind such as 225mm solid walls for external & 103mm for internal walls + plaster etc. Personally I can draw these very fast, usually within 1-2 hours but I know everyone has their own speed. Turn around should be max 5 days but the faster the better. I do have a lot of works so once I find someone who is efficient and does good drawings at the right price there would be much more work for them.
Ideas for the visual style: CAD dwg file
Things to avoid: please always use 1:1 scale in model space + clean drawing which is easily editable
