Area Take-offs and Bubble Diagram (NCUSD)

This project requires accurate area take-offs from original floor plans from two separate sites.
- All rooms must be accurately measured.
- Provide a Key Map CAD diagram of each site with all buildings and rooms drawn as single line boxes/shapes (map must be to scale and must be .DWG AutoCAD compatible)
- Key Map must be labeled with building names and Room Numbers and Room Names.
- Provide Excel file with table of all Buildings and Room areas, Include Room Number, Room Name, and Room area (square feet).

- PDF'S of all buildings is provided.
