Architectural plans, site plan, floor plan and elevations,

Hello,

I would like an architectural designer to draw a site plan, floor plan and elevations for a possible house design. I have attached the plan and design we would like to be drawn up on the section. Please note the garage needs to be on the southern boundary similar to the example plans…

I would like drawings to be to a similar standard as the 17 Laxton Lane plan EXAMPLE that is attached.

Please be aware of the recession planes that are shown on the elevations which means the building cannot go within there without neighboring permission.

The proposed land/section is attached in CAD format for you to add to your drawing.

Please supply PDF plans and CAD drawings. All in metres or mm.

Please also provide a price to do a simple 3d sketch up model which we may need.
