Architectural Plans + Elevations for Loft Conversion

Hi,

I am looking for a qualified architect to create the necessary CAD drawings for our loft conversion plans.

We are in the process of providing part wall notices and surveys to our nieghbors and require all the necessary drawings and elevations (before & after) to show what we plan to build within the loft space.

A more detailed brief can be provided to qualified applications.

We have already found plans for a exact replica of what we want to achieve that was submitted by one of the owners down the same road in Peckham, London. So really it will be a case of duplication what they have submitted, the only difference is that the house is the mirror image of ours so the drawings will need to reflect this.

Accurate floor plans of what currently exists can be provided but will need re-creating.

We want to achieve 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom in the L shaped Loft extension.
