Architectural elevations for planning application

Hi,
I need some CAD drawings of the external elevations of our current building (it’s a detached property so 4 scaled elevation drawings needed) as well as the same elevations with a few minor alterations (slight changes to the roof, including adding dormer windows). I can only attach 3 images to the proposal but I can send the 4th elevation once we begin working together.
I am attaching images of 3 of the sides. So I need CADS made of these as they are. And then CADS of these with a slight alteration to the roof. The lower roofs on both ends of the property would become hipped roofs (to replicate the higher part of the building’s roof) and we would add a dormer in two places on each side (centre of the side elevations and one on each end of the brick elevation too). I can give more detailed descriptions on the phone and also scale (length of the building) for the drawings to be scaled properly.
