Architectural Drawings and Specification

I need an architectural drawing updating from an existing design but needs adjutsting to match the PDF

Also, from the planning office they said they need a fully detailed landscape plan, including details of all hard and soft surface and boundary treatments and all planting, shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Planning Authority before work can commence.

So I need the the planning office to approve the drawing
