Architectural CAD Drafter Needed – Elevations Only

Project Description: I am a principal architect seeking an experienced CAD drafter to draw up building elevations for a residential project located at 42 Old Park Ridings, London N21 2ES.
I have already drafted the new proposed floor plans. A previous architect drew up elevations that were successfully approved, but the exterior design now needs to be updated to reflect my newly proposed layouts.
To-Do List & Core Requirements:
• Draft Elevations Only: The scope of this job is strictly limited to drawing the exterior elevations.
• Match the Floor Plans: This is the most critical requirement. The new elevations MUST align perfectly with my newly proposed floor plans.
• Reference the Approved Design: Use the previous architect's approved elevations as a stylistic and structural baseline, but adjust the fenestration, openings, and scaling to match my new floor plan dimensions.
• Deliverables: Final CAD drawings must be provided in both DWG and PDF formats upon completion.
