Architectural Building Drawings

I am looking for an experienced CAD technician or Architect to draft building designs in CAD format, AutoCAD / DWG format is fine. The projects will include initial planning and general arrangement drawings a 1:50 or 1:100 through to more detailed construction information with detailed sections at 1:20, 1:10 and 1:5.

Most of our projects are based on timber framed construction so experience in this type of building is preferable but not essential. We specialise in the design and construction of treehouse style accommodation and resort development with organic shaped buildings. I have a number of live projects for which we require additional design resource and we are looking for reliable, skilled designers / CAD technicians / Architects to assist with drafting accurate drawings.

We would prefer to work on a fixed rate for projects against a defined scope of work if possible. A budget of around £150 / day is ideal but we are flexible.

Fluent English is essential.
